Just this past week e-mail being sent to my address are being returned to the sender with the above titled code accompanied by numerous line of additional codes. This sender has been in my contact list for many months. I would like to continue receiving all e-mails from this address. How is this corrected?1 person needs an answerI do too

Hotmail might be blocking messages from the sender's IP address or mail server because it has received complaints of spam originating from there. Thank you for respondidng. The sender has contacted his IP who informed the sender that Hotmail was blocking my incoming from him on the grounds that it was Spam. Every e-mail from this sender is not blocked - rather a random selection. I contacted my IP first (prior to sender's action) with this problem who suggested the same course of action you have. Other suggestions?

The only solution I know of is for your contact's E-mail service provider to convince Hotmail to remove the block.Boulder Computer Maven Microsoft Most Valuable Professional
